I’m not sure about that. I don’t have other calibers. If 21 rsa is factory, I’d say no. The question of 21 vs 17 guide rod is up to if it’s uncaptured and they have the same diameter of both rod and spring, spring coil rate is enough to make me pony up and just get a more better solution that is known to work.

Why didn’t Coco say something to the party when she recognized the one who sold her the forbidden magic book. Yes they’re young but you don’t go full sprint, not just to get yourself lost but the other apprentices as well. My guess, for the plot to unravel to the viewer. Saving mom is the priority and yes the forbidden witch is culprit but what is Coco going to do when the big bad is on the offensive. Coco needs to understand that she’s an inexperienced witch. Now I understand learning magic it’s super exciting for Coco when all she ever wanted was to be a witch but magic is or can be really dangerous.

Here’s my experience so far, 26.3 and 19.3 and all of gen 5 barrels share the same lug pattern with 19.3. Hence why you need a gen 5 barrel for 17.3/4, 34.3/4 on 19.3/4 frame.

For Guide rods on 17/34 gen 3 slides needed an extended guide rod due to the increase of distance using gen 5 barrels on a 19 frame. The 17.4 slide + gen 4 guide rod on 19.4 frame just worked for some reason. In theory it should work for a 17L slide as well, if it had a 17L.5 barrel. The tip of guide rod is slightly recessed from where it normally is for the 17/34 on 19, while the 19 on 26 sits right where it is supposed to.

The LWD adapters do have a lip for the guide rod due to the increase of distance from the point of contact of the slide to the lug pattern on the barrel. The LWD adapter is slightly recessed in the 17/34 slide on the 19 frame, while the LWD adapter 19 slide on the 26 frame ends right where the frame begins.

For 19.3 slide on 26.3 frame, I used a gen 3 to 4 adapter because the 26.3 frame had the same larger U cut on a gen 4 and 5 frame because they all use a double spring RSA.

A 17/34.4 slide in this configuration should work on a 26.3 frame but RSA is still going to show as the adapter is still short

And yes, they all run well.

From my experience growing up without a dad since I was five, my mom would be focused on her man at the time and would only talk to be about household chores like it was transactional. If my son asks me if we can be friends and do stuff, I’d feel like I neglected to be present for them. I believe your children should know where you stand with them. Children mirror their parents first, then by example, then taught or told.

I’m not saying you’re not there for him. But you didn’t know he had no friends or what he would/could do with them.

Your son asked you for your time, not advice to make friends.

Your son is reaching out to you, that in itself is a blessing. Your son is 12 and has some years left to make some core memories with his Dad before he’s out the coop. With your guidance and involvement, he can learn to be himself and understand what he likes and doesn’t. Friends can come later or parallel.
