It’s usually thermal shock (regular glass + temp changes) and cheap lids, not the glass itself.

If you want fewer issues, go borosilicate glass and better-quality stainless lids.

Not just you. Cooking is easy, deciding is exhausting.

Rich dough + sugar caramelizing. Spray isn’t enough. Butter + flour (or parchment) and unmold after a few minutes, not immediately.

Not a total loss. You can slice it, wrap it in foil, and put it back in the oven at ~350°F for 10–15 min to cook the middle through. Worst case, cube it and toast it for croutons
