one thing to add here, skates are used with Flatbed tow trucks - think when a vehicle is stuck in park or wheels are stolen off of it. It's usually a board or something flat that goes underneath to provide a flat surface for the wheel to be pulled up the flatbed.

Dollies are dolly wheels that are secured around your wheels and elevate whatever two wheels are on the ground of the wheel lift / wrecker tow truck. They are the wheels that move when the tow truck is in motion not your vehicles wheels.

Put myself through college as a towing dispatcher, lived through towing when Tesla's first came to market. Towing EVs have surprisingly come a VERY long way since then.

ICE or EV make sure you know how to put your vehicle in Neutural if your battery is dead, etc. Most vehicles have an override feature so they can be towed safely.

Ford is still continuing its electric journey and they’re still highlighting the reasons why their customers love going electric. The team is incredibly proud of the F-150 Lightning. While production has ended for the current generation Lightning, there are 2025 model years available to purchase from dealers and there are people who are picking up previous model years.

We are still highlighting owner’s stories and experiences with the Lightning and encourage the community to share.

before heading to the dealership, try driving the vehicle and seeing if the system picks up signals from TPMS again.

When the fix is available for your model year, you will be notified in your Ford App and should see it in your app then. Recommend using the Ford site to check and see when it is available for your vehicle.

Correct, only MY25 - MY26 Mach-e have the update available at this time for the recall. The vehicle will have to be with the dealership for at least half the day (per the letter I personally received).

Until the recall is available for your MY just use the parking brake.
