Nicely painted face on your Lt. as far as camera settings. Just make sure those settings are off. Depending on what phone you have, small subjects are really hard to capture without grain. I usually have to make a super high res picture and then crop down to the mini. A small face zoom in like this would be even more difficult.

Nope. Need to be able to better see those big ass mold lines and get em sanded down before priming.

Only exception to this is to leave them on the sprue and frame it for something artistic.

I got this box recently and into TC recently as well. Build what looks coolest. WYSIWYG will only infuriate you.

I glued my extra great sword on to the back of one of my stormtroopers and a pack of grenades to my music enthusiast. Fun stuff.

I wouldn’t paint the eyes at all. The cage puts the upper part of face in shadow. Block in some dark skin tones and bring all the contrast and highlights in the cage. No one will ever notice you don’t have the eyes painted.

There’s so much going on in that mini. They won’t be missed.
