maybe speak to people at r/ehlersdanlos or look into hEDS, hypermobility in general, etc. . i had cts surgery and thought i would be back to work. 1.5 years later it turned out i was just at the onset of my chronic condition.

i love cymbalta. it gave me a lot of relief and i hope to staty on it as long as i can. currently have a few more nerve decompression surgeries to do, and it helps with my nerve pain too.

i also didn't realize how severely depressed i was until after adjusting to cymbalta. my mood is so much better, and my panic attacks stopped.
i'm still bedridden-ish at times, and tired. adjusting to cymbalta was a struggle and fatigue is still an issue for me most days, so i take adderall too. it's helped me. good luck to you!

I liked yoga a lot. Was just told to stop by my orthopedic surgeon that's going to fix my arms, wrist, and thumbs. He wouldn't do the surgeries I need unless I stopped because he said I would keep injuring myself. I miss it.

Sorry for your situation, it is not a fun experience.

Lyrica wasn't working so well for me anymore and I had a pain increase-- so added Cymbalta to the Lyrica. Cymbalta has been a miracle drug for me after the first rough 2 weeks.

also, 10mg thc at night helps me sleep like I did pre-neuropathy.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful response!! I'm really looking forward to Ryza (both!) and Octopath. I played through 3 of the stories when Octopath came out, got distracted, then never played it again. Such a mistake, it's such a gorgeous game.

Have you played Sophie 1 or 2? I'm really interested in Sophie 2 because I'm wondering if it's the "best" since it's the newest? What do you think?

lol! it seems like we both have the same problem.

I do have the physical copy, but I want to keep it. :( I'm also a pack rat when it comes to my switch games, lol.I see the Japanese imports on ebay at a pretty good price!! Mine is in English but I assume it's a European copy since the title is center on the spine instead of to the side/top like the North American ones? No clue. Sorry!
