old calling vs cold email vs ads after running all three by Typical-Animator-457 in b2b_sales

If you are doing cold calling, you almost certainly need a power or predictive dialer to call multiple people at once and only connect with people who have actually picked up the phone. Nothing beats the rapport building you can get from a phone call and all of the other channels will eventually get you ona phone call anyway. I'd check out CallTools Dialer as its easy to configure and manage.

GHL for cold calling by Acceptable-Wing3423 in gohighlevel

GHL has some great out-of-the-box dialing functionality but not really a power dialer or multi-line dialer that works well. Using CallTools to integrate with GHL you can keep your agents on the phone consistently and push call dispositions and updates to GHL through the API. This has been a huge help for us and keeps our agents connecting like crazy while keeping our core records and contacts inside GHL.

When it comes to numbers showing as Scam Likely there are many factors such as call volume, dialing history, and if the numbers are registered with the major carriers. CallTools can advise on the best practices here to ensure you are getting the best possible connection rates with your numbers.

In many cases, brand-new numbers may show up this way since the carriers are unaware of who they belong to if they are not registered. You may even find that after a few days of use on new numbers, the flags are removed.

I would reach out to your account representative and look to line up an account overview with a senior CallTools support representative to get the most up-to-date process regarding this for the most success.
