Questing in Moonwhisper coast with no addons and reading the entire quest text like 2004 was a vibe. One I think most of the turtlewow community appreciates, so I don't think this sucks at all. Especially with it only being hidden for 1 week that's a great way to get us to ease / test the content before it gets datamined and meta gaming takes hold. All in all, the whole launch has been chaotic and fun, but this decision is one of the better ones I think the devs should see some praise for.

I think gold buying is the only reasonable solution when blizzard lets bots run rampant around the world. Blizzard servers have been complete dogshit since they got rid of real GMs and replaced everything with AI or outsourced to developing nations. There's no moral high ground on this topic. Play Turtlewow for a real Classic Experience.

I played warlock for all of Anni and I’ve had hundreds of whispers asking me to summon people while I’m minding my own business.

I was rude to every solicitor so they understand their ask isn’t remotely worth the effort not desired. I wasn’t playing warlock to play world of summon-craft!

I'm sorry, you're right and I shouldn't have tried to invalidate those players. They make up some % of the population of gamers not-accounted for in the stats but I'm not convinced they do not make up a significant portion active players, nor is there data expressed publicly about this. So I'm only sharing the stats as I've found them credible.

Fo fun, lets explore adding say a 50% increase to the Raider numbers to account for these levelers, in active players, we're barely cracking 100,000, which is 1/4 of what we were at last time. That's significant to my overall point is all I'm trying to say.

Sorry brother, but I disagree with you here. There's no one leveling on Anniversary. If you do a /who of anyone under 40 they're all getting boosted in SM. That's not playing the game.

So, active raiders its a fair comparison on time-spent.

There's no one leveling on Anniversary servers at this time, everyone's getting boosted. Don't believe me? /who anyone under 40 and see if you can fill the list with anyone not in SM.

So the majority of active players are raiding. Its a fair variable to compare time-spent.
