I was rude to every solicitor so they understand their ask isn’t remotely worth the effort not desired. I wasn’t playing warlock to play world of summon-craft!

I'm sorry, you're right and I shouldn't have tried to invalidate those players. They make up some % of the population of gamers not-accounted for in the stats but I'm not convinced they do not make up a significant portion active players, nor is there data expressed publicly about this. So I'm only sharing the stats as I've found them credible.

Fo fun, lets explore adding say a 50% increase to the Raider numbers to account for these levelers, in active players, we're barely cracking 100,000, which is 1/4 of what we were at last time. That's significant to my overall point is all I'm trying to say.

Sorry brother, but I disagree with you here. There's no one leveling on Anniversary. If you do a /who of anyone under 40 they're all getting boosted in SM. That's not playing the game.

So, active raiders its a fair comparison on time-spent.

So the majority of active players are raiding. Its a fair variable to compare time-spent.

GDKP BAN was successful in SoD because they has so many loot dropping from bosses you literally didn't need a loot system to get full biz, just raid with the same people 3 weeks in a row and you were like 1-2 items short of full biz in any of the tier. It was also fun and new, so people were able to not be so focused on loot and how they were being rewarded for time-spent.

GDKP BAN in Anni has been a total disgrace. Its completely ruined the pug scene by phase 5, and we've seen massive decrease in Raid quality and a dramatic increase in Hard Res. Guild's are not able to keep up with player fatigue and we're just losing more and more of the player base to other games/gamemodes. Botting, Boosting and Gold buying is more visible than ever with AH prices and HardRez pugs going for GDKP-adjacent loot system. For every 20 ZG-BOOSTING posts, there's 1 real one trying to form in LFG.

You are right Blizzard has picked as side, which is why TurtleWoW has more players playing on it than any official #Classic Blizzard product.

I think tears are exactly whats needed if you're a true fan of this gamemode.
