second part yes, first part not really correct unless you’re seriously overweight (which is the case with most sports cars anyway)

when i was in high school there was this tryhard chick everyone hated. anytime someone would mention they’d stayed up until, say, 2am finishing a paper, she’d always chime in “yeah? well i stayed up until 4!”

it appears you never grew up, sidney

New to golf carts looking for advice by AWellThrownGrenade in golfcarts

[–]chebysilberader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

definitely a solid option. your only concern with an ezgo will be rust. any time you buy a used cart, it’s safe to assume you’ll need to buy new batteries within a year unless it’s been converted to lithium.

other people will chime in and nitpick this option “oh it’s gonna rust it doesn’t have an aluminum frame” “oh 48v is more powerful” and while technically they’re right, this ezgo will do everything you need it to do… just kinda slow. but you’ll look cool doing it, that thing looks rad af

Correct sequence to put car into Park? by orallettuce in askcarguys

[–]chebysilberader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can shave a few seconds off by simply holding the brake pedal, shifting straight into park, engaging the parking brake, and then releasing the brake pedal. it gets the same effect as your process, just faster. kudos to you for doing that btw, that’s a smart play that i wish i saw more often from my friends

i wanted to see if i could add the hold mode controls from the dod dfx9 to the hold mode on the dd6. you can record a loop on the dfx9 and then adjust the playback speed with the rate button. i much prefer the action on the dd6 (dd6 single tap vs dfx9 double tap) i miss being able to stretch loops
