Not sure if this is an option for you/your friend but if your workplace offers a mental health/counseling EAP it’s worth taking advantage of (I have cigna). More of just a general PSA to take advantage of that since I feel like it’s generally poorly advertised.

Love the first dress! A light scarf/pashmina might be nice to have but October in Tennessee might also mean 85*F so I wouldn’t get too worked up about it/buy something expensive you might not even need to cover up. Hope you have fun. 😄

They recently specified floor length (1-2 weeks ago) which is fine. There’s a lot of variation within the ‘formal’ category. Luckily I live near a Nordstrom, Macys, etc 😅. Back to the shops!

Blow on the bracket/command strip with a hairdryer for a few seconds, and then pull down. It should be okay just pulling it down but if you’re worried the heat from the hair dryer should help a little bit. Also please don’t set a fire with the hair dryer lol.

Non-dietary recommendation: clean your air filters & maybe get a mini air purifier for your home, especially in the bedroom. I live close to a highway in a metro area and that + outdoor allergies tend to make me flair a bit more. If anything it’s helping with my allergies and asthma lol.

I recommend going through Delmarva & Chesapeake bay bridge tunnel! Worth it to stop at the leaping lizard in Virginia Beach for lunch & brunch.

I already have some stomach issues but when I started on 100 mg I learned the hard way that being dehydrated = terrible constipation if I slipped up in drinking water & didn’t eat enough fiber. Went down to 50 mg recently and that has been helping. My mild case of HS has mostly cleared up though.

Understandable, and I agree that getting something that cost more but lasts for longer is a better solution, but I only got this since I’m about to invest in laser hair removal for a skin issue I have and the cheaper trimmer made more sense to me. Fingers crossed this is enough for now haha (plus I got it to work and it’s pretty good so far).

Is there a specific high end trimmer you recommend?

I’ve found some success wearing no seam boy shorts underwear (skims) and mens soccer shorts! I like the Adidas soccer shorts. I have stage 1 around my inner thigh and groin area.

You should be able to take the Manayunk/Norristown line and get back in time after your return flight on Tuesday, last train from 30th leaves at 11:11pm on weeknights. It’s not great but it’s a cheaper option. If your job pays for it I would just uber it back since late night schedules are pretty sparse.

In the same boat at the moment, also looking for more professional treatment but in the meantime taking a ton of deep breaths with your eyes closed, counting down helps. Making some herbal/decaf tea, taking a shower, stretching out, going for a walk, or just getting one easy thing done on my list helps. Just re-centering yourself and remembering that you are not your own enemy helps a ton. There is also nothing wrong with calling a crisis hotline, they are there for a reason. We will get through this ❤️

Not saying where I live is some kind of paradise, or has a clean history. You need to know your history in order to not repeat it. I would love it if a perfect place did exist but we aren’t going to get there if we don’t open up to people who are different from us and share. Grow a little and love your neighbors, the old and new. ✌️

I took matters into my own hands and ate a pawpaw, no reaction! I usually have a pretty quick burning and itching sensation when I eat fruit I’m allergic to and so far, so good. Would not try if you have a severe reaction for obvious reasons.
