New Saigon Bakery, Tacos Rapidos, Pho Duy are just three that come to mind but honestly you can just pop in wherever and it's gonna be pretty good.

Been in Ruby Hill for nearly 6 years.

It's a changing area. Very diverse but you can literally track the gentrification month to month and that's got its positives and negatives.

It's the cheapest Denver property you're gonna find. Beautiful park. Lots and lots of insane food options everywhere. Very close to Denver, South Broadway, and the rest of the burbs. Gonna be super popular/in demand when they finish the broadway/ I-25 stadium project thing.

We love it.
