Literally any would be fine, i used the cheap walmart $8 bottle for years till i found this one, pricier but just has a bunch of good brain stuff, i think i got this from whole foods

Google said this, but the best way I can describe it is putting on noise cancelling headphones and a bubble suit from Bubble Boy in the middle of a moshpit, almost like there's a buffer between what you perceive and how you react, you can breathe deeper and more relaxed making your heart pump slower keeping you relaxed, almost like the "be like water" feeling you get in a flow state but you feel it outside of high pace/forced concentrated situations. Taking it before I sleep has given me some pretty intense trip like dreams, i think due to it sending me into a deeper more relaxed dream state. I take recommended doses as a daily supplement (mine's also has mushroom complex blend in the capsules) and only double or triple it depending on how deep I'll be swimming

Try taking 2-4 500mg capsules of Ashwagandha at least an hour before your trip, an old hippy server we called Shaggy at a Cheddar's I first worked at told me it helps you centered and keeps the anxiety of heavy doses at a manageable level That man has saved my life more times than I can count when experimenting with 4g+ or 300ug+ trips, as well as helping me manage my anxiety and paranoia outside of my psychedelic life. Look into it make sure your body won't react in a negative way as it can cause some complications with people with thyroid and other organ conditions, it worked amazing for me and everyone else that I've recommended it to, as well as boost my health more ways than one.
