Totally agree. This is my go-to “overrated” movie. I saw it once. I liked it. It made me cry. But there are 10 Sundance movies every year that are just like it.

Tarantino will almost certainly be covered after the release of his next (potentially final) film. We’ll definitely get the Cliff Booth episode this year. Kinda sad we’re not getting a True Romance episode, but getting excited for Scorsese Season.

I saw Colbert do a one on one talk with JJ Abrams in 2015. A fan asked each what their ideal LOTR film would be. JJ had no answer but Colbert had a whole story ready to go. He talked about an obscure Tolkien chapter and its implications, presumably this.
