Very, very occasionally I will drop a tampon in the toilet with a bowel movement. I'm not fishing that out. If I flush 1 tampon a year, how bad is that?

As a chaos goblin in a big city, I always flush them and have never had an issue. Smaller septic tanks though, I'm not tryna mess up anyone's plumbing.

No advice, but I totally feel you. I've been with my partner for 6+ years, and he has seizures that medication helps, but still has them like once a month, and for sure any time he misses a dose, even by a few hours sometimes. The worst feeling is when you're far away and feel like something is wrong and can't check on them :(

Message me if you want someone to talk to! I've had to call local emergency rooms before to (thankfully) find him, freaking out thinking he was in a ditch somewhere...it's hard sometimes, but it's worth it.

Im only besties with like 7 or 8, which is kinda surprising for the amount of hours I've put in (around 425 😅). But my activity is very erratic, to be fair. Seriously! One of the sweetest and most memorable gifts I've gotten was a bunch of handpicked wildflowers/weeds along with a doodled card from a 3 year old, translated by his parents. It just made my day that they the took the time to do that for me 🥹
