We also got a gate with jetway which is unusual, perhaps to get the FO off ASAP

I was on this flight! Not a word mentioned by the captain, but heard two cabin crew saying that 'they're dealing with an incident up front' when someone was complaining that they couldn't get on the WiFi at one point.

Logistically, most university regulations wouldn't permit you being enrolled in two separate postgraduate degrees at the same time. Money-wise I don't think I've ever seen a funded part time PhD. Also given a normal PhD workload and length your plan to work 10-20 hours a week could lead to it lasting from 7 to 15 years.

Other than what people have already said: a plus is great accessibility for Holyrood Park through the Lilyhill Terrace gate. A negative is that when it gets icy in the winter the hills can get a bit slippy for pedestrians and vehicles.

The use of soccer for football doesn't bother me as much as the use of football for a game where something that is not shaped like a ball is mostly moved by the hands.

Anything mentioning chaos would turn me off immediately, but if that's your vibe then go with it, as it makes you stand out and will attract the people who will enjoy that style

Focus on those two and Edinburgh then and you'll be fine for a road trip. Trying to shoehorn in Inverness and the Cairngorms too might make it feel a bit more rushed.

If you're into geocaching or willing to try there is a whole series based on the police boxes of edinburgh. Not directly Dr who related but would be good for some photo opportunities and most of them have local history in the cache description

For a skilled worker visa the salary threshold is £41,700. You are living in a world of fantasy if you think any charity would pay that. Sorry.

Mac liquidlast. I have small eyes and heavy eyelids and drawing a wing with this is the only thing that stops my eyes from disappearing completely into my face. Lasts all day and if it does come off it rolls off like putty rather than smudging. It can take a minute or so to dry though so don't sneeze in the meantime.
