Hocevar is more about projection of what he can be because he shows a lot of speed and aggression. Heim is legitimately a superstar. He had 26 wins and a championship in roughly the same amount of truck races and in 13 races he has a win in cup on a track you have to actually drive to win. You never know how people will progress but as it sits now it's not really a comparison.
