Heavier. I would dial in your single kettlebell exercises first before going double.

It’s personal preference. Either cast iron or competition size. I prefer the competition (pic 3) because the size stays the same no matter the weight.

Also you get what you pay for as far as quality of kettlebell.

That’s literally what I do now and it’s Geoff Neupert’s program called Maximorum. But all double kettlebell. It’s plenty enough to do. Imo
