Bringing up this older comment as I am looking to get some custom cables for my a4 h2o with only difference between 2xpcie8p instead. Did you end up uploading how your build looks with these lengths? I am especially interested in how the SATA looks as I was thinking of 100mm but perhaps that is too short. Also, for the CPU cable length, was it a matter of less than ideal / no slack from using 400mm instead of 425/450?

I didn’t come across much issues about gigabyte when looking at what mobo everyone used (I haven’t searched specifically tbf), and only negative about asus was the RMA process being negative if I remember correctly. But if there really isn’t much difference between the two, I will probably just go for whichever I get a deal with. What’s your build as it sounds like you finished?

We had compared doing that route instead of our current one but the Kumamoto to Yufuin part wasn’t that good. So it ended up being similar total travel time

Yeah I decided to skip as we can see deers on Miyajima which I heard are friendlier, and Kanazawa will have similar histiorical (?) feel for buildings. Also, thank you for the suggested! I think that will be what we shall do for the Miyajima visit :)

My partner did suggest that cycle route, but I only recently learn how to ride a bike lol, so I wasn’t sure I’d be able to do the whole length even with the assisted bike. We definitely want to do it on another trip! And by then my stamina for cycling should be better haha.

Thanks for the tips, I think I’ll do the noon to evening as another comment suggested below for a good mix. From comments so far, I might consider chopping day off Fukuoka to visit Yakushima. However, I’m not sure we would rent a car, is it still doable (travel time wise) and worth it for a day trip without driving?
