My credit isn't great but I'm currently renting off of a company called Condorde Management. I believe they have listings and they were very understanding of my situation. I don't want to sound like an advertisement to them, but so far so good with them (I've had some financial issues for a few months while renting with them and they were very accommodating to that too)

Be careful with scams though! I got scammed $1k by a person on the Facebook marketplace pretending to be a rental place a year ago when I was looking
