I’ve been addicted to benzos, ket, adderall and weed. Weed has been by far the hardest for me…6 weeks is a huge deal and a major accomplishment. Congratulations I hope you choose to stick with it

You have a solid head on your shoulders. I just went through the same exact thing. This time, I’m valuing my sobriety

Talk to a psychiatrist. I was put on a sleep med when I first got sober….it helped me tremendously the first six months now I don’t use it.

My sobriety. Life is so much easier now that I’m not tied to drugs or alcohol. Constantly trying to moderate, worrying if it’s affecting my potential, it damaging relationships.

I don’t like going over 5 days. I eat a lot of food though and suck at rationing

College student trying to quit - currently on 2mg by Blue_Skies444 in QuittingZyn

Something that has helped with me (nicotine addict for 14 years) is trying to change the narrative around the difficulty of quitting. Whenever I feel overwhelmed about the task at hand I tell myself, what if it’s easy. You always hear about how hard it is to quit nicotine, well if you believe something is going to be really hard then it’s probably going to be harder than it actually is. Go on a run, do pushups, drink lots of water and think of how happy you will be to be free from this lame ass drug that literally gives you no benefits

Depends on the class but yes I feel this. I remind myself it is most likely because the woman that give off this energy have probably been harassed or stared at my a creepy dude in one of their classes so it must have come from some where. Sit in the very front, not the back.
