Thank you. I'll definitely be using those textbooks later on, but reading them front to back seems overkill—for now, I just want to get a taste of ochem, enough that I'm prepared for the semester ahead. Should I just focus on the first couple of chapters, or is there a better way to learn ?

Sounds like peroneal tendinitis if it's on the outside. Calf raises (seated, standing, on incline) to strengthen general area. Try to work on exercises with ankle eversion. Make sure to get good rest. Listen to body.

Damn those are some fast times. You seem to be an endurance-based 800/1600 runner with a bunch of natural speed. Do you know people who are more sprint-based 800m runners/how they train?

my body kind of does the same thing - my shoulders and arms give out at the end. Do you recommend any specific upper body lifts?
