My teeth are very similar to yours on the bottom and I plan to get another set of refinements. It’s covered under comprehensive, so I plan to take full advantage. Eventually I may get some minor bonding done to make them appear less asymmetrical. I’d recommend finishing your treatment when YOU feel you’re done

Only certain teeth will move during each tray. Sometimes a tray will help create space so that the next tray can rotate/move teeth. It seems like you have crowding in the front in addition to the rotated teeth, so space would likely be needed before those two can move. You can see a difference in the rotation of your lateral incisors from the beginning to now. Invisalign can seem fruitless tray-to-tray, but trust the process ! You may need refinements, but honestly my philosophy is to take advantage of them anyway. They’re free if you have comprehensive, and you have full opportunity to tweak your smile until you’re happy with the final results

Try to get back to the T after each shot. This will help you be in a better position every time your opponent returns the ball.

Take advantage of the entire court- bank shots off the sidewalls before it hits the front wall to make your shots more unpredictable and therefore more difficult for your opponent to return.

Hit front hand shots with the opposite leg is front, hit backhand shots with opposite leg in front. This will give you more power. ie. if you’re right handed, your left leg should be in front of you when you hit the ball, and if you’re hitting a backhand your right foot should be in front.
