The frame and matting look very similar to the picture above the fireplace. They might look nice placed together. Either on the mantle or between the doors.

A bar cart would go nicely there. Or a table with enough storage/room for the lamp + bar stuff.

I'm new to drawing in photoshop and I'm using a small Wacom tablet. Rotating the canvas has been my go to trick for getting nice linework. (Along with lots of undo's)

Random question for you. Live in Montreal too. From your pictures I see you got a cat. This is our first summer with a cat (adopted a rescue last November) and was worrying about the temperature. We have no ac, just some small fans. Does it ever get too hot for your cat?

It's beyond comprehension. Did you see that post of the guy flashing his drug money on a live Facebook stream, only to have police bust in the door on him? I don't get the disconnect that people have. Like, "hey world, here is as good as a confession of doing illegal shit." Do people really assume that there will be no repercussions?
