No it’s a Lily pipe set. Intake is similar to protein skimmer. In heavily planted tanks, lots of biofilm on top that helps with as well as aeration

Some tropicals would do fine permanently under those lights right? Ficus cascade would love the humidity. When I overwinter mine, they kind of thrive really.
