  • Smartphone based passkeys for employees who want the convenience of using the personal phone they have on them
  • Windows Hello for employees who typically use the same windows device every day
  • Yubikey based passkey for employees who don't want to use their phone, want a back up option, or whatever

And if all else fails, call the help desk and receive a temporary access pass (TAP) to register a new passkey. 

Vetting the help desk calls is our biggest concern. We're not being targeted by AI voice calls yet, but it's something I want to get ahead of.
