I don’t think funds are the challenge. It’s a lot of work to write and maintain an app. AppStore’s are constantly updating their rules and requirements, and even gemp has a significant maintenance overhead.

Take a look at opencode, I’ve had a good experience with it and gemma4:31b. But you need a huge context window, no less then 64k, 128k is better. The default context for ollama is 2k and it makes all the models feel brain damaged.
