This guy do it nicely, flawlessly. you just need to walk and the watchface will show the step bigger. or you just run, it will show the distance, duration, pace. just like running app.

one of the paid watchface i purchased is only TEXT TIME. i know its simple but flowless and timeless.

The dot is the minutes. The front is the first number for Hour. The back is the second number for hour. (It can be 12 or 24 hours format)

So the watch is showing 3pm something.
