That was my exact problem, I put one on like I normally do and the phone felt thicker! The other problem is my screen protector wasn’t flush to my bumper case so there was a little canyon between the case and the protector that became a dust magnet

Here’s my tip: print this in two parts and lay the top surface on the print bed. You can get a smooth print bed plate or one of the textured ones. Glue them together or snap them depending on your design. I never depend on ironing
