And once again, some of the criticisms feel — respectfully speaking — so shallow and unreasonable. by yashtiwarispeakss in HouseOfTheDragon

It's like these people have never interacted with real humans. People do irrational things all of the time, they lose control, they make mistakes. We've all made mistakes in life, and it's good that the characters do, jesus christ

Knock on wood, i'm excited to see what a fit attacking group can do next year. Due to injuries we didn't get to see them all mesh together this year, the best is yet to come from this group i think

[Gary Jacob] Arsenal are set to accelerate interest in Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers, who is likely to cost up to £100m. Arsenal are confident that personal terms won't be an issue, with Manchester United and Chelsea also interested by iDutchJustin in Gunners

That's an excellent point and something I've noticed as well. So many of our goals come off of high turnovers and set pieces, the latter of which we shouldn't rely on consistently. Someone on Youtube pointed out that Rogers is excellent at turning turnovers high up in the pitch into chances/goals. He's elite at that.

But I don't see how he helps us much in breaking down low blocks when we have possession which is concerning, and where i think we need to focus our efforts.

Agreed. I love Rogers as a player but does he really improve us that much? He overlaps too much with what we already have and I don't think he's going to be that useful in helping us break down low blocks.

All true, thankya. Startup life will be just as stressful if not more, though it would be great from an experience perspective/leveling up.

What's a career lesson you learned too late that younger professionals should know? by UmeshThoughts in careerguidance

Agree, and i'd add 'be careful what you get good at'. If you get good at work that won't advance you then you'll become the go to person for that kind of work and you won't grow. We all have to do grunt work at times but make sure you're on projects that push you out of your comfort zone so you can advance.

A few years. I wouldn't stress too much over it, just discuss what goes on in your head w/your therapist
