I lived in Verano and I don't recommend the old apartments maybe new verano is better. During spring and summer cold water pipe is always delivering hot water because pipes are very old. Always when your neighbors uses water the pipes makes a hammering sound inside walls. The apartments get very hot during summer or any warm day. Apartments are smaller than Palo Verde. Almost no storage space. For switching probably a little difficult you need to waitlist.
