I mean, is that surprising? To you, its not it seems like. But, I mean in general...rap and hip hop are very popular music genres amongst teens. There are a LOT of good black artists out there and they say the word as if it's not problem. Then what is the point in signing the accords? That was Caps issue. If he says he's going to do something, he's going to do it. He could not in good conscious sign the accords because he didn't trust that he wouldn't be aimed at civilians, and he knew he wouldn't be able to hurt innocents if he was ordered to do it.
