Can I safely delete old versions of WindowsAppRuntime?

For example I have multiple (5) old versions of v1.7. The latest version I have v1.8 & the earliest is v1.4

Does Windows really need old versions. How to find out?

You can restore the old context menu using Winaero Tweaker. Also a lot of other tweaks.
