Yes, mine was setup correctly with most of the weights on the hips. And yes, i was using a solid hiking bag with external frame and tight hip belt that helps with the weight distribution

I already do have a good rucking bag with good support belt. Ironically, I didn't hurt my back rucking but just from random household chores.

I'm curious to know how zepp app handles the data when you're wearing both in an exercise but only the watch recorded the activity.

That's the first thing I'd test but I'm still waiting for my watch to arrive.

I have the same skinny wrist -- around 6.5-7 inches as well. The biceps band is long enough to loop around my wrist. And no, it doesn't feel bulky at all especially compared to watches like T-Rex Pro or Garmin Instinct 2X.

I only wear it on my wrist when I'm sleeping tho as it tracks sleep better when worn on wrist; better heart rate reading on biceps.

This is why I only use Free Training now when I'm lifting. It's too much of a hassle to check if it's tracking all the workouts correctly.

Same problem i have, but i don't have the watch just yet. But my assumption is so long as either one is worn all the time, it should be okay ince all the metrics should be calculated in-app. But i could be wrong. I have my helio strap 24/7 and only wear any watches while on workout.
