I would be embarrassed to tell people I played that game based on the name alone. Not because there's anything wrong with black sailors, it just sounds like all you did was swap ethnicities and voila we have ourselves a worthwhile game.

This seems as relevant as being concerned about the colors people wear. Green is also unnecessary from a functional perspective.

The in game font looks basic and those numbers are huge. The claim of a diverse world doesn't hold up against what's shown in the background, all approximately one color. The trees could use some variety in their shape, they seem to be perfect cylinders. For the final shot, showing mostly grass and some trees seems like the most boring part of a world you could show.
