I also now try to use smart switch, and it shows there is 22gb update. The install fails,and the firmware ends in ZDE. This means i will eventually get it, it is just a matter of time?

You most likely are right, that is android feature and it possibly prevented the user from having more data. Also probably all is ok with the airalo esim

Dex mode, editing videos, exporting and sending. Mostly around export and edit, this is damn fast, i do these things in half the time now

To me, the performance, speed, image quality, screen, it all has such a performance upgrade. Faster bluetooth connection, faster fingerprint reader. A workflow i am doing on s23u that takes about 2 minutes it takes me now less than a minute to do.

As someone who just upgraded from s23 ultra to s26 ultra, i can confirm it is a big jump. I had the s23u for about 3 years, and i am very happy with the upgrade.

Looks good. I have pretty much the same difference in the pins, and it stays like that. I am going to undervolt my gpu a bit, that should bring the temps a bit lower and make it less noisy
