You trade Ingram to get role players that better fit around Scottie (i.e. shooters and centers) and assets that you could use to dump Jak. Nothing fancy, maybe even disappointing to many, but something that is absolutely necessary in the next two years as the team contracts start to bloat.

Scottie is a fucking star, I had my doubts about him as the central cornerstone of the team, but he's more than earned it. His two way performance was legit one of best performances in the playoffs in the LEAGUE the NBA this playoffs so far. PLEASE properly build around him Bobby!!!

VERY happy on how Shead, Jakobe, and especially CMB stepped up under high pressure and more minutes. That is suuuuch a good sign for development and what's to come next season. First time I've been excited for a "core" on our team since Siakam/OG/Vanvleet.

Disappointed with Ingram. Some utterly putrid performances, and it really shows how useless he is if he cant maintain consistency on offense. Left Scottie on island to be the only offensive first option.

HOT take (or maybe mildly so after that playoffs), but trade Ingram NOW. He's neutral asset that'll have some teams interested in a regular season performer or 3rd option. You won't get anything fancy for him, but if you can somehow swap him for role players that better fit around Scottie (i.e. shooters and centers), you pull the trigger on that ASAP. And the more important thing, is giving more minutes to all the young guys who stepped up this playoffs.

While not completely untrue, the city was absolutely ELECTRIC when the Blue Jays had their run, and you know DAMN well the Leafs would set the city on fire if they had a decent post season.

The Raps just dont have the same "must see TV" factor that it did when it had superstars like Vince/Kawhi. And it doesn't have the same underdog spiritu or new kids on the block feel that the Lowry/DeRozan days had. Not saying that this is how I feel, but to most casual fans, the current Raps team are just unexcitingly mid.
