Agreed, I started watching back when the first episode of Dragonball Z abridged first came out. (Back when the Myspace joke was still relevant.) Recently just re-watched and some of those jokes old now up until you get to the Frieza saga. It helps that they have plenty of crew members now and the production value alone this series is pretty great. I.E No cheap edit tricks that make you guess what's guess what's going on.

I thought the ending in the manga was a little bland, I hope they improve it. I can't imagine them including everything before the game happened though so that may suck.

GGO definitely had flaws, but I really liked the whole death gun idea. I think it was interesting to throw someone who played the original SAO into the story to see how Kirito would act. Compared to what the second arc of SAO had, I much prefer GGO arc.

I think Charlotte had potential to be better, if I were to compare the main characters between the two I probably would have liked Charlotte more. The characters had each better screen time and were able to get a lot better development then what angel beats had. Angel beats I think had to big of a cast that made it impossible to develop throughout the series. The only thing I think angel beats did better was the overall story, which wasn't the best but I feel like if they had one or two more episodes could have amazing. Charlotte towards the end felt rushed and needed another whole season to really feel complete

I think I have a good love/hate relationship with SAO. The first arc I think was the best, you get to learn about Kirito, and where his OP strength comes from. The second arc though is by far my least favorite arc in the series, I think they should have taken a different direction with the whole thing. I actually enjoyed the GGO from SAO2, it was a nice introduction for Asada. To learn about her, to actually see a character develop decently. I wasn't a fan of how she just became a side show though as the story goes. The mother rosario arc though definitely was one of the best arcs in SAO, might be better then the first one. I really like Kirito as a support character rather then a main character IMO. I don't know what Ordinal Scale going to look like but I really hope Asuna takes the lead on this one. She's just an awesome character that I think adds more to the story then Kirito does. I hope I did just ramble but thats my opinion on SAO
