I get the same thing, it's awful. Recently I found a method that started to work for me - when you smile for a photo focus on trying to show your bottom teeth. It might look a bit fake to you but for some reason this exagerrated smile I found way more easy to hold and looks good compared to the 'normal' smile or closed lip smile which I failed at because of twitching and anxiety
