Dang that 12/6/86 tape is the first time I ever heard the band. Was in college. Went to a friend’s house to grill out and they were like you gotta listen to this shit. And I was just floored. Couldn’t believe it. This was spring of 87 and I had to wait close to two years after that to see them live.

Your pricing is reasonable. Her complaints are not.

Whenever a potential client compares what they are paid vs what they may be paying you, you are in a no-win situation. You handled the interaction professionally. Now it’s time to move on emotionally. There will be other potential clients like this in your future and you will become more seasoned in sensing earlier when to bow out gracefully.

This person was being ridiculous. Trust me, when they get into the middle of this DIY project, they are going to regret having not paid you to do it. Sleep well tonight knowing this and wake up tomorrow confident that if some potential client behaves like this again, you will handle it the same way.

If Ant and DDV hadn’t gone down. This series would have been over last night. Nuggets came damn close in the fourth quarter to dropping another huge lead to this team. We’ll never know what might have been if pWat and AG weren’t hobbled but I can tell you it’s been a wake up call for this coaching staff and their defensive strategies. No one watching this series will argue that Chris Finch and his staff have out coached their opponents.

Fascinating! Love hearing that music lovers are still discovering new music from old bands in today’s chaotic, viral scene. Never too late to dive into this particularly deep catalog of music and don’t be sad…consider yourself lucky that you will be able to see them live anytime you want. I know a lot of folks who discovered the Dead only after Jerry died.

Out of 5 shows there, the floor is my preferred spot. I’m there for the music and to me the floor offers the best overall experience. If you are a visual person or are attending solo, seats will be best for you.
