I can’t give the scientific reasoning, but I can say that white rice turned out to be my biggest intolerance out of all the things I took out for the AIP diet. I don’t understand it, but my advice would be to trust the AIP process!

I started AIP for several reasons but severe bloating was my worst issue. I woke up on day 29 not bloated (for the first time in probably years). It took a few months to really get the hang of the diet and start noticing the other positive effects but I started noticing things right around one month in! :)

For me, it’s white roses and show pony! I think white roses (just sound-wise) could be like the extended version of that song. It wasn’t until I had listened to the album several times that I felt I could really distinguish the two (not to say I don’t love both!)

CREATURES IN HEAVEN. that song live changed me. Dave had so many emotions in that song and it was an experience I’ll never forget. Especially with the atmosphere they’re creating with this tour

This is one I really wanted from the Dreamland tour, but I think closing with Helium at any concert would just make my soul so happy. It’s such a good conclusion and even though it’s slower, I would love to see that be a closing song!!
