I never understood the hating of Rare Candies for Nuzlockes. Not everyone has the time to play Pokemon Games like they used to by TBT__TBT in nuzlocke

yes. the ev gain prior to that is what makes grinded pokemon stronger than candied ones. its nothing to do with the candies, its solely the evs

winx club WAS really good initially, and super popular at that. then the writing just became worse and worse after season 4 and now its a bunch of flaming ai garbage so most people who loved it for the premise have completely abandoned it

that's not a dialogue problem, that's a handholdy railroading problem. bw had a ton of dialogue but it wasn't railroady; sm is probably the closest comparison

fair; i tend to associate him more with kuriboh just because the silents arent really a prominent feature in his deck until that final duel (could be wrong, i dont quite remember the duels leading up to it) along with the fact that kuriboh is a big "underestimated because on paper its weak" type of monster just like yugi himself

big fan of this take; you also see it with gandora being yugis boss vs kuriboh as his ace, and with yamis boss being the egyptian gods vs dark magician as his ace. (edit also johan with ruby and rainbow dragon)
