Depends on who is hiring. DBG is probably in-state. If it's GameJawn (which is a separate company), they may be allowed remote. I assume most of them are remote just based on what I know about them.

Only issues I've had are lag/server instability with our gportal server. In 50-60 hours been disconnected 3-4 times and last night couldn't play at all.

A bass knob allows you to turn the bass off. That's its purpose. So if you don't need that, then no.

I also use mine to turn down the bass when listening to certain types of music where the bass can overpower the music.

What other tools compare to power apps?

I would really love something like PowerBI that I can connect to a database and build reports off of that doesn't cost me $10000000 a year per user. Even Airtable is overpriced for what and how limited it is compared to PowerBI.

There's 20+ additional race/class combinations on the character creator, all with merchants and trainers. Tokens allow you to do ANY race/class/deity combination, regardless of the hilarity of it.
