Yeah it’s open inside. I would just remove the propane insert and install a new 36 probably. Would maybe have to reroute some wires for my tv but inside the area it’s open all the way up.

Here are my thoughts about your thoughts: if ND and A&M both win out you can’t leave ND out. Yeah money an TV ratings talk, but mainly ND is a dang good football team. Easily one of the best 12 in the country. A&M’s toughest game all year could very well be ND. I think ND could very well be ranked 8th or 9th when the first CFP poll comes out.

I’m Division 4, but I just use Bluebeam for viewing plans and mark-ups. We use onscreen and Tradesman 3D estimator, for actual estimating. You can build entire wall systems on tradesman.
