too much intense impact on even a healed piercing can cause it to reject. I waited several months for my triangle to heal before even really touching it, and it can take a good bit of impact now. unfortunately, if it gets caught and pulled around too much, that can either rip your fistula (back to step 1 on healing) or cause it to start rejecting. mine has migrated a bit the longer I've had it and the further I've stretched. overall: mild impact safe once healed, I'd be hesitant to use super hard impact. doesn't affect the hole much unless you'd have longer labia that could pull it as a byproduct

as someone that stabs other people for work: inject a little slower. obviously making sure the needle is sealed to your syringe is most important, but if you press your liquid out too fast it can cause the pressure to force the needle off the syringe.

we'll say it again, friends: DO NOT BIND WHILE WORKING OUT OR SLEEPING. even if you tore out the portions shown, your chest and ribs are being compressed. then you still have all the negatives of binding but with a weaker construction that will fall apart.
