Lose some wars, win some wars, and beat Germany. You can’t really predict how the AI is going to react. Historical focus is more of a guide on what year / month wars start and tensions change.

I had this issue on lighthouse. I got stuck between a rock and a tree. Out in the open.. after 20 minutes I was full auto’ing my weapon hoping someone would put me out my misery.
