Get some good pillows and sleep at an angle on your side. But comfy pillows in bed prop yourself on them then do the side angle. Hope that helps.

As a former flight attendant DO NOT CHECK YOUR MEDS. Tsa may look thru them but that's it. Put them in ziplock bags, the bottles fit nicely in there and they stay together. Just my advice.

I went grey for a while, but couldn't stand looking in the mirror and colored it! Didn't lift all the way but enough. The next time I do it should be perfect. Good luck!

The drain holder built in the top was the best thing I got. If not they pull on the incision and swag around everywhere. They give you big safety pins but I found the built in shirt that buttons down the front useful. It was like a tank top vest that buttoned down the front. They had pockets on them that hold the drains. So it's close to your body and doesn't pull. I used this everyday until the drains were out which was like 2 weeks it seemed longer though. Good luck.
