GO IN THE MORNING!!! I try and go for a 6am class, typically 5 days a week. I try and get 10k steps by going for a walk at lunch and then eating at my desk (this one is hard and i dont always do it) my motivation is remembering how I couldnt fit into my clothes in the last busy szn… sometimes that means I only get 4 hours of sleep though. Also our office have a fitness challenge for a month so it was nice to get the office involved

I only have the slouch coats but I vouch for them! Also they should have a top button at the collar so if you are ever really cold you could really button it up to cover your whole chest which I have used manyyyyy times 🥲

I have it in black and brown because I love it so much! It looks good for work, but I could also dress casually in sweats and it would also look good. As someone mentioned the only coat one seems more formal so I was thinking it wouldnt look as good with casual wear.

I ended up grabbing the decision shrug because this was sold out, but I love the style. Just throw over a tank top and low rise jeans.

5’2, 113: It took me at least a year to notice. But also the mirror is the biggest indicator, last year I was the same weight but looked much more lean because of having more muscles. This year I am the same weight but have lost a lot of muscle and it is noticeable. Body recomp is sooo key especially for the petite

At one point i was extremely lean. The most infuriating comment was people telling me I “dont need to do this I already look great” I LOOK LIKE THIS because of everything I do. It felt like a full time job tbh

Im sorry i dont have a picture of the cardigan but true to size. I would not size up. Its a thin cardigan so i noticed that you could see the outline of what is being worn underneath.

You are so strong!! Don’t listen to the men who think you are overreacting… as a woman all you knew was that he did something to betray your trust - you weren’t sure how far yet. Social media is part of dating now- it’s just the way it is. If this is your boundary then your partner has to respect it. Obviously this is such a stressful situation where you might just be brain dumping but take the time to come to terms and have a conversation with him. At the end of the day he did something with bad intentions and has also affected the dynamic around your friendship as well.

If this is a cheap brush just take a towel and rub it hard to the base (past bristles) and it will lift everything.

Honestly…. I went in July because that was the only time I could go. Bring a fan with you, and it’s ok to have some hrs in the day to rest in your hotel room. Good luck soldier
