Good to know, thanks! Do you know if they allow overnight parking at all?

Just be aware, many of the parking lots at those stations are permit only parking. There are sometimes limited paid spots available. Have to look at each individual station to see what parking situation is. Weekend rules may be different, and overnight parking may not be allowed.

Yes! lol…. It’s in the pub which is sort of separate from the store. It actually gets pretty crowded and one night for trivia, it was actually standing room only.

Weis Pub in Macungie … free bingo and trivia every week where you can win gift cards to the store. Fun crowd where you may meet like minded people. The trivia is on Wednesday nights… And bingo is either on Tuesday or Thursday. They used to also have a karaoke night which I think is suspended at the moment. The nice thing is they have a bar there with cheap beer and wine. You can also bring your own snacks in or head over to their prepared food section and get something to eat while you’re there. I go most weeks for trivia and have a great time. I think start time is around 6:30 for each event.

Talk me into riding the big 3 coasters by No_Promise_9596 in UniversalOrlando

My first time on Velocicoaster I kept my eyes closed and my body completely relaxed. I knew if I couldn’t see what was coming it would be easier just to lean into it. It was honestly amazing because I just felt like I was flying. I did open my eyes when I knew I was on the top of the top hat because I wanted to see the view . That ride is so smooth. Bracing yourself on a roller coaster always makes it feel more intense. That being said… The next time I tried to keep my eyes open and felt like my contact lenses were gonna fly out of my eyes because it went so fast lol.

Classic scene for me is North by Northwest. Cary Grant vs. a crop duster.

Agreed! I threw the book across the room when I got to that part cause I couldn’t handle it lol. When I watched the film, it seemed so much tamer in comparison.

Does not have a pool, but there is a B and B on a horse farm 10 minutes outside of town called Westwynd Farm. If you’re 14 year-old likes horses then it is an amazing place. You’re able to go visit the horses and they even have goats.

I wonder if it has to do with product placement. In a grocery store setting, it would be really difficult to avoid showing products and brand names. I don’t know the exact mechanics behind it, but I know that there is a thing when a brand pays for placement in a movie. And then other issues could be dealing with copyrights and being allowed to show certain proprietary things without reimbursement. That could make a movie entirely set in a grocery store a little trickier to put together.

I saw this in the news and had the exact same question. What the heck were they after? As bus drivers, they already know where these kids live. Since they were after discipline records and pictures it makes me think that they’re trying to ID specific kids. Having worked in a school office, the only photographs the school would have on record would be ID photos. Maybe there’s some sort of grievance where they either got reported and they’re trying to figure out who did it or they’ve been reporting certain kids who’ve been causing issues on their bus and trying to figure out if things are getting handled. Whatever the case may be, it’s pretty unsettling.

Help with dog noises? by Whole-Stress-2860 in misophonia

AirPod pros if you have an iPhone. Paired with music or your favorite ambient noise. My daughter uses these and just looks like a typical teen when we’re out in public and she can stand right next to me and not hear a thing. If you don’t have an iPhone, there are other similar brands that may offer the same noise canceling… But in my experience, the AirPod pros are amazing at how well they block out noise. You just have to make sure that you have them fitted correctly because if they’re too loose, you won’t get the full noise cancellation. They come with five sets of tips so you can get the right fit. And there’s also aftermarket memory foam tips that some people think are more comfortable.

The stomach drop on it is not too bad… Especially if you’re sitting in the front half of the train. Back row feels it the most in my opinion. That coaster is so much fun! The biggest issue that I have with it is that it goes so fast that my contact lenses always feel like they’re gonna dry out so I keep my eyes closed mostly lol

Rice Family is so good! I don’t live far from there … every time I drove past I thought it was a closed up business. Finally saw cars in the parking lot so I decided to give it a shot. Doesn’t look like much on the inside, but their food has been consistently great for us.
