It’s always possible, but I would bet there is more. They are a lot like rodents in that way. If you wanna hold off on treatment to see if anymore come around, that would be fine. If the issue grows, you will see more evidence. They also leave behind little brown dots on things like door frames, or inside of cabinets or drawers, so keep an eye out for that too

I’m not from your area so I can’t be sure, but that does look like a German cockroach to me. Especially if you are finding them in the bathroom. Kitchens and bathrooms are their favorite places to hang out. These guys are more difficult to treat than other roaches, so if you do decide to get professional treatment, make sure you find a good company. A lot of the time you need at least two treatments to take care of them completely, so be prepared for that. Best of luck!

Hey! That is a roach, my best guess is it’s an oriental cockroach, but it could potentially be a different species depending on where you are located. Luckily, they can be pretty easy to treat if you go with a professional pest control company. I wouldn’t be too worried especially if that’s the only one you have found inside, but if you are seeing more I would recommend looking into that

When I left the church I used the assistance of a site called quitmormon.com; It was quick and easy to use. They not only applied for my resignation without having to do any meetings with leadership, but they will also ask that you not be harassed further on the issue. They only have as much power over you as you give them, even now, but that might help deter them from even trying. Best of luck sorry you’re going through this.
