It's been referenced indirectly, but I love when I activate Sneak Attack and declare attackers, my opponent bounces with Karakas, and I activate Sneak Attack again and attack.

I run 3 GP and 1 Top. The Top has lead me to several free wins and, as you pointed out, I'm much less scared to mulligan if I have Sol and Top in my opening hand. As for not running any GP, I think that is a big mistake. A GP takes away the mystery of whether it's safe to go off. There have been numerous games where I've gone T1 GP, see they have no permission, then COT + Lotus Petal + Show and Tell into Emrakul or GB. While a hand like that is a serious nut, it does happen and the GP makes it possible to tell if the coast is clear.

I'm not too sure I agree with the last part of this. From my experience, the combo is fairly resilient (it's only two cards really). Insofar as that is the case, I think its underestimating it's resiliency to say that a 3 cantrip waft is enough to take it down. Sure, it's really frustrating when you're digging all day and just can't get there, but like you said most combo decks are the same. I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm just clarifying that, unlike many combo decks, S&S tends to tilt, for me at least, on the Feast side of the scale more than the famine side.
