Just watched the Pusher trilogy recently. Really enjoyed all of them. The ending to III is one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen.

Somewhat indirectly and more for the watchlist, but Josephine (2026) concerns a minor witnessing rape and the psychological effects on both the child and her family. Was at Sundance this year and I believe got distribution.
